At Sphinx Delights, we take pride in the quality of our Egyptian baladi bread and baked goods. Because all of our products are freshly baked and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Quality issues If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at info@sphinxdelights.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number and we will make it right.

B2B and wholesale orders For wholesale and B2B accounts, please inspect all items upon delivery. Any discrepancies or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Credits or replacements are issued at our discretion.

Refunds Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
